A spacious and lovely house a few minutes from Paris and 600m from the Kremlin-Bicetre metro line 7, this house is your best choice to discover Paris.

The metro line Nr. 7 goes directly to Notre Dame de Paris, the Louvre, the Georges Pompidou Center, the Botanical Gardens, the National Museum of Natural History, the Opera, the Museum of Science and department stores La Fayette and Le Printemps.

It is 30 minutes from all other major Parisian monuments, cultural sites, museums and tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, the Champs Elysées, the Luxembourg Garden, the Pantheon, the Orsay Museum, the Sacré Coeur The Exhibition Park Paris Porte de Versailles, etc.

The house has 3 floors with two balconies and two adorable gardens, once you are there you will found that you are back to home.

On the ground floor is connected to a nice garden, next to which there is a bedroom which is equipped with dressing room, a double bed king size that could be turned into two single beds.

Through the wrought-iron stairs you will reach the first floor, where you will find a luminous and big living room, decorated with marble floors and crystal chandelier, as well as a classical fireplace. Outside the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen (included oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster) with dining area and on the other side there is a bedroom with a queen bed of 160 x 200.

The second floor includes three bedrooms with wooded floor, one large room of 22m2 with a double bed "king size", a second room of 20m2 with double bed "queen size" and a third bedroom with double bed king size which can be divided into 2 single beds.

The house is located in an area surrounded by trees and flowers, the design and environment of the house is definitely children friendly, in the same time you will have convenient access to all facilities in just a walking distance (Commercial center, Supermarket, convenience stores, doctors’ cliniques, pharmacy, restaurants ...) and with 5 minutes walk you will already reached the large Olympic pool where you can relax after a long day sightseeing.
